Senior Creative Producer A Senior Creative Producer is responsible for driving the design process and overseeing the creative team during pre-production phases of work. This role is expected to collaborate with creative leadership while owning the organizational aspects of the project including scoping, scheduling, ongoing internal/external communications, resourcing and debriefs. This role is eligible to work a hybrid schedule based out of any of the following locations:
Philadelphia, PA
Detroit, MI
Dallas, TX
Ft Wayne, IN
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leads design process management and creative team oversight during pre-production phases.
Develops scopes of work, milestones, timelines, and hour estimates for high-complexity projects using best practices and historical data.
Coordinates with resource management to assign appropriate team members based on project needs and skill sets.
Reviews final designs, contributes to design quality control, and ensures adherence to design intent and schedule commitments.
Provides regular project status updates and tracks hours to account leadership to flag progress and potential issues.
Manages multiple projects and portfolios concurrently, balancing priorities effectively.
Acts as a primary client liaison for scheduling, process updates, and status communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitates and documents project debriefs focused on design topics, promoting process improvements and communication efficiencies.
Possesses expert proficiency in relevant software applications and project management tools.
Collaborates proactively with production, fabrication, AV, and account direction teams as a positive partner across departments.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or similar equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in a creative agency setting (agency experience managing cross-functional teams is a plus).
Extensive experience managing complex experiential or design projects.
Demonstrate expert-level project leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
Mastery of production tools and processes to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Superb organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight time constraints on multiple projects in a high growth environment.
Design, event, or technical production background a plus.
