Your New Role
Bleacher Report is seeking a Designer with specialization in motion design to support our video offering across digital/video with a specialization in supporting marketing the BR brand. The individual will be responsible for collaborating across departments to promote a modern sports experience for connected millennial and gen-z fans.

Role Accountabilities

Demonstrates ability of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and pacing

Maintains brand consistency across all deliverables with strong attention to detail

Creates scalable/flexible design systems to handle a range of variables

Supports product marketing campaigns and sales strategies across digital channels

Translate product value propositions, user flows and features into clear, engaging work

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling

Embodies high standards and thoughtful design

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines

Gives and takes constructive criticism

Leads by example, helps grow junior staff

Proactively shares work, seeking feedback in an effort for improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Strong design portfolio highlighting layout, typography and motion graphics

3-6+ years professional experience

Passion for storytelling

Familiarity with marketing funnels or sales enablement content

Experience designing across platforms

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects and Figma

Understanding of MOGRTs, AE Expressions and 3rd party plug-ins a plus

Video editing skills a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas

Knowledge of the digital landscape in media, design and technology

In tune with contemporary design, internet and youth culture trends

Self-starter, interested and motivated to learn and grow

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field a plus

A knowledge and love of sports and sports culture a plus
