You’ll work to develop Marketing Experiences across our owned channels that position our products as best‑in‑class, educate potential customers, and enable purchase. This design role is available in California locations and requires hybrid‑in‑person work in the office three days per week.

Responsibilities

Gain product knowledge across our suite of offerings.

Design meaningful and purpose‑driven end‑to‑end experiences with an emphasis on web that inform and guide customers toward the right product for their business.

Assess site architecture to optimize complex customer journey and merchandising flows.

Activate strong creative storytelling and explain product benefit by developing interactive experiences, animations, and customer assets.

Collaborate effectively with designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to drive results toward business objectives while maintaining a positive mindset.

Be proactive in seeking new knowledge and connections with partners.

Build and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels.

Participate in customer research, journey analysis, and qualitative testing to inform meaningful web and beyond experience design.

Advance a strong point of view backed by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends.

Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research.

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in marketing‑related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a design‑related field.

A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful across web marketing experiences.

Strong business acumen and experience partnering directly with marketers and other designers.

Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices.

Advanced experience with Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, optimizing, and exporting assets.

Working knowledge of content management systems.

Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovation to drive business results.

Powerful communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain design rationale concisely and effectively.

A dazzling portfolio demonstrating strong craft and collaborative process.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‐related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay ranges are: Bay Area, CA $157,500‑213,000; Southern California $156,500‑212,000.
