Role Summary
The Post Production & Motion Specialist is responsible for finishing and enhancing creative assets across photography, video, and motion graphics.
This role modernizes traditional retouch workflows by integrating AI-assisted post-production, motion graphics, video editing, and sound finishing to support faster creative output across paid media, social, ecommerce, and campaign content.
The position plays a critical role in increasing asset velocity while maintaining a premium visual standard across TYR’s digital surfaces.
Responsibilities
Image Retouch & Asset Finishing
- Perform high-quality retouch for product and campaign imagery
- Maintain texture accuracy, material fidelity, and color consistency
- Prepare final assets for ecommerce, paid media, and social distribution
Motion Graphics &Visual Enhancement
- Create motion overlays and animations for social and paid creative
- Support designers and video editors with motion graphics elements
- Enhance static assets with motion for digital environments
Video Editing & Post Production
- Edit short-form video content for social and paid media
- Assist with campaign cutdowns and modular content production
- Support the Content Studio with editing throughput when needed
Sound Design & Audio Finishing
- Clean and optimize audio for video content
- Add sound effects and light audio design to enhance product storytelling
- Ensure final video assets meet platform-ready standards
AI-Enabled Workflow Integration
- Implement AI tools for faster retouch and post-production
- Reduce manual editing time through batch and automation workflows
- Continuously improve creative finishing pipelines
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Content Producer to accelerate capture-to-delivery workflow
- Support designers with asset finishing and motion enhancements
- Collaborate with video editors to maintain production speed and quality
KPIs
- Retouch and post-production turnaround ≤48 hours
- 30–40% reduction in manual retouch time through AI workflows
- Increased video asset output for paid and social channels
- Reduced revision cycles due to finishing or polish issues
- Consistent visual and audio quality across creative assets
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in post-production, retouching, motion graphics, video editing, or related creative roles
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom
- Experience retouching product and campaign imagery for ecommerce, social media, or digital marketing
- Ability to create basic motion graphics and edit short-form video content for paid and organic social channels
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and editing tools to support faster production workflows
- Strong understanding of color correction, image optimization, and digital asset preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent visual standard across assets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, marketing, and production teams
- Experience in apparel, retail, sports, or consumer brands preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film, or related field preferred
