Overview
MUDDY Group is seeking a performance-driven E-Commerce & Paid Media Manager to lead digital commerce growth and paid media execution across client and internal brands.

This role owns campaign strategy, e-commerce optimization, performance reporting, and revenue growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Agency, Studios, Incubator, and Business Development teams to turn strategy and creative into measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who blends analytical thinking with creative instincts—someone who understands how to build, test, and scale campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms

Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, placements, and creative testing

Build full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, conversion, lead gen)

Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy, hooks, and asset iteration

Stay current on platform changes, trends, and performance benchmarks

E-Commerce

Manage and optimize Shopify and related tools

Support product launches, promotions, and conversion-focused site updates

Monitor performance metrics (CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, revenue)

Identify opportunities across product pages, checkout, upsells, and retention

Partner with internal teams to align creative assets with commerce performance

Analytics & Optimization

Track and report on KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM, LTV, MER)

Build clear reports explaining performance, insights, and next steps

Maintain documentation of tests, learnings, and campaign decisions

Align with Account, Creative, and Production teams on campaign execution

Contribute to client strategy, audits, and growth plans

Support new business with paid media and e-commerce insightsEnsure campaigns align with broader business goals

Tracking & Setup

Manage platform access and integrations (Shopify, Meta, Google, etc.)

Ensure proper tracking (pixels, UTMs, events, product feeds)

Troubleshoot attribution and campaign delivery issues

Communication

Clearly communicate performance insights and recommendations

Proactively flag risks, opportunities, and optimization needs

Maintain accountability for timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Qualifications
Required

3–5+ years in paid media, e-commerce, or performance marketing

Experience managing campaigns across major ad platforms

Shopify or similar e-commerce experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action

Experience building client-facing reports

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Preferred

Experience with GA4, Klaviyo, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, HubSpot, etc.

Background in CPG, outdoor, automotive, or similar industries

Experience with product launches and DTC brands

Familiarity with CRM, email/SMS marketing and automation

Performance insights are clear, actionable and tied to business outcomes

Creative improves through structured testing and feedback loops

E-commerce performance (revenue, ROAS, CVR, CAC) improves over time

Budgets are managed proactively with no surprises

Paid media and e-commerce become scalable, repeatable growth channels
