What You'll Do Monitor social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.) for performance signals and emerging trends
Analyze engagement metrics, audience behavior, and content performance across campaigns
Identify patterns in reach, impressions, shares, sentiment, and conversion data
Deliver clear, structured reports and dashboards that translate data into strategic recommendations
Support campaign teams with insights that guide creative and targeting decisions
Track competitor activity and benchmark performance across the media and entertainment landscape
Flag shifts in audience behavior and platform algorithm changes in a timely manner
Who You Are Experienced in social media analytics, digital marketing analysis, or a closely related field
Proficient with analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Native Platform Insights, Google Analytics, or similar
Strong ability to interpret data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting trends that others miss
Familiar with the media, advertising, or entertainment industry landscape
Nice to Have Experience working with paid social campaign data
Background in audience segmentation or consumer behavior research
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio)
Knowledge of influencer performance metrics and creator economy trends
