Business Development Manager | Educational Staffing | Up to $120K Base + Commission
Full-time | Remote or Hybrid

This role gives you the opportunity to build new business within an established educational services staffing division that is continuing to expand.

You’ll be focused on opening new accounts and developing relationships with school districts, supported by a recruiting team that handles delivery once business is secured. That means your time stays focused on generating revenue and growing your book of business.

If you’ve worked with districts or already have relationships in the space, there’s an opportunity to gain traction quickly and turn that into meaningful earnings.

What You’ll Do:

Generate new business with school districts, charter networks, and education programs

Build and manage your own pipeline from outreach through signed agreements

Run the full sales cycle from first conversation through close

Turn new accounts into long-term revenue

Partner with recruiting teams to support delivery after deals are closed

Track pipeline activity and revenue performance

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in business development or full-cycle sales

Background in staffing or a similar service-based model preferred

Experience working with school districts is a must

Ability to consistently generate pipeline and close deals

Existing relationships within school districts or education networks is a big plus

Comfortable in a performance-driven environment

Strong follow-through and accountability
