We are currently looking for a Full Time Sr. Audio Producer to join our Area of Video Production team located at the Act II working .
Summary:
The Sr. Audio Producer is responsible for providing the highest quality production elements possible to department projects. The Sr. Audio Producer responsibly is to guide the team toward its goals, see that all members of the team are productive, and resolve problems as they arise. In addition, the Sr. Audio Producer is expected to capture the creative direction, as an output of the departmental strategy session, and ensure that audio production follows suit. The Sr. Audio Producer ensures all functions of the location shoot are working correctly and that the audio production shoot portion coincides with the approved script. The Sr. Audio Producer is also responsible for all audio needs on Chickasaw Heritage Series video projects as well as post-audio Production work on Chickasaw Nation feature films as requested.
Responsibilities:
* Maintains files, logs, and records
* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
* Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
* Maintains knowledge of and enforces all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Prepares weekly reports
* Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
* Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
- Participates in candidate selection process
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
- Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
- Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies

* May be required to act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the manager to ensure all operational standards are maintained
* Performs all other duties as assigned
* Oversees all audio production and post-production aspects for Chickasaw Heritage Series video projects
* Manages all audio equipment and audio needs for multimedia projects
* Oversees and develops sound design for Chickasaw Heritage Series video projects as well as Chickasaw Nation feature films
* Coordinates Automated Dialogue Replacement needs on all projects
* Recommends and conducts audio enhancements on all video projects
* Directs and coordinates talent on voiceover recordings for all video projects
* Coordinates voiceover talent contracting paperwork and needs for all video projects
* Provides audio production training to staff as needed for quality sound production, equipment, etc.
* Serves as lead audio production for video shoots and delegates audio needs as appropriate
* Directs staff on video shoots to select proper audio equipment, setup, sound and audio production elements
* Coordinates and provides audio production scheduling for entire location shoot
* Oversees and manages audio editing duties for department projects
* Provides secondary talent direction on video shoots
* Conducts interviews on video shoots as needed
* Provides secondary assistance for department projects (i.e. light producing, lighting and audio, videography, etc.) as needed
* Proactively presents ideas and proposals for new ideas
* Provides recommendations for updates, trends and enhancements for video platforms, equipment and initiatives
* Monitors areas within the Chickasaw Nation for news, programs, events, activities, etc. for opportunities to distribute information to the public
* Works with creative teams to develop concepts for target audience
* Assists with department-wide projects within communications as needed
