Addison Group is partnering with a fast‑paced organization undergoing a large‑scale customer transition initiative. Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support high‑volume communications and ensure a smooth experience for their customer base during this critical period.

Job Description:
The Customer Communications Coordinator will play a key role in executing large‑scale outbound communications while managing inbound customer inquiries. This individual will ensure accurate messaging, maintain organized data tracking, and support internal teams throughout a time‑sensitive transition project.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute high‑volume outbound email communications to customers regarding account and service updates

Manage a shared inbox, respond to common inquiries, and escalate more complex issues appropriately

Track and maintain communication records using Excel and internal systems

Assist with mail merge processes and ensure accuracy of distributed messaging

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline communication workflows

Maintain strict accuracy standards in all customer‑facing correspondence

Qualifications:

Experience handling high‑volume email communications or administrative coordination

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a highly structured environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, sorting/filtering, and formulas such as VLOOKUPs

Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

Temporary assignment (approximately 6–8 weeks)

Onsite for initial training, then transitions to a hybrid schedule

Standard business hours
