Campaign Manager

AdCellerant is an award-winning tech-enabled services company that has brought Madison Avenue-level digital marketing solutions to Main Street businesses since 2013. We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.
The Campaign Manager is responsible for the successful execution and performance of partner campaigns—from trafficking and optimization to reporting and partner communication. This role is central to delivering best-in-class ad performance, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and providing exceptional customer service.
As one of the most vital positions within the organization, the Campaign Manager ensures campaigns are delivered on time, meet performance goals, and maintain strong partner relationships. This role requires a balance of precision, adaptability, and forward-thinking problem solving.
Campaign Management & Precision Execution
Manage a high volume of active campaigns across setup, trafficking, optimization, and delivery
Monitor pacing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs
Ensure that every campaign flight is live and accurate, monitor pacing, execute creative swaps, complete soft audits, and maintain clean and accurate campaign queues
Provide total accountability for campaign performance KPIs, maintaining high standards for execution with extreme attention to detail.
Leverage internal tools and platforms for performance analysis and optimization
Take full ownership of the campaign lifecycle and data integrity by ensuring that our internal systems and partner-facing reports reflect up-to-date reporting.
Communication & Collaboration
Provide clear, consistent updates to partners and internal sales teams on campaign performance
Act as a liaison between partners, product, and engineering teams
Contribute feedback to help improve products, tools, and capabilities
Support teammates when bandwidth is tight and actively contribute to shared team goals
Active participation in team coverage and collaboration; active contributions in team communication channels (Slack, meetings, email)
Willingness to step in, share knowledge, and elevate the team as a whole
Organization, Time Management, Proactive Approach
Prioritize across multiple platforms and responsibilities with strong attention to detail
Ensure campaigns are live, accurate, and aligned across all systems
Maintain high standards for execution under tight deadlines
Troubleshoot technical issues with a solution-first mindset, proactively utilizing internal systems and knowledge bases to resolve roadblocks before escalating to leadership.
Industry & Platform Knowledge
Stay up to date on DSP changes, internal technology updates, and industry trends
Continuously expand knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years in ad operations, ad trafficking, or account management at digitally focused on ad agency, client or media company
2+ years working and communicating with clients or internal customers focused on data, operations, and/or performance conversations
Experience with DFP, Yahoo! APT, Atlas, AdWords, The Trade Desk, App Nexus, and or any other associated ad serving technology
Experience aggregating, providing, and explaining performance reporting for digital media campaigns
Working knowledge of digital production, design, digital ad tags, and/or creative specs
Demonstrated experience handling, organizing, and managing complex, detailed oriented tasks with a high level of success and a very low error rate
Ability to work independently and solve problems through provided channels
This role is

preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office,

with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
The base salary range is $90,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
