Overview
ACCOUNT MANAGER – Integrated Campaigns & Production
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our client service team in a global agency environment.

As an Account Manager, you will act as the key link between clients and internal teams, coordinating projects across creative, production, and strategy functions. You will work on a wide range of campaigns, from smaller executions to large-scale, multi‑channel projects, gaining exposure to full 360° communication, including digital, social, and production, with regular involvement in shoots.

Key responsibilities

Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to final delivery

Write and interpret client briefs for internal teams

Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, production, strategy)

Ensure timelines are met and projects stay on track

Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues

Manage project administration and support budget tracking

Lead and participate in status meetings

Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact

Support production processes, including participation in shoots

Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different scopes

What we’re looking for

2–4 years of experience in an advertising agency and/or production environment

Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once

Fluent Hungarian and English (written and spoken)

Understanding of advertising and production workflows

Confident communication and stakeholder management skills

Structured, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused mindset

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have

Experience working on international clients

Exposure to production and shoots

Familiarity with 360° campaigns and social media projects
