We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who thrives at the intersection of sports, culture, and storytelling. This is someone who doesn’t just follow the conversation, they help shape it. You understand the moments, communities, and cultural trends that define sports today, and you know how to turn those insights into stories, media opportunities, collaborative connections and earned/social focused campaigns that actually move people (and metrics).

Tell Stories That Stick
You’re a clear, confident communicator who knows how to tailor the message to any audience. Whether it’s a press release, a client presentation, or a quick Slack update, you make it count.
Write and present with clarity, confidence, and persuasion
Build strong relationships through responsiveness, trust, and collaboration
Manage client communications with professionalism and poise
Lead meetings and presentations with growing confidence
Support negotiations with clients and partners
Make Media Moves
You know how to get people talking and more importantly, who to talk to. You’re plugged into the media and influencer landscape while constantly building relationships that matter.
Proactively pitch stories and secure meaningful coverage
Build and maintain strong relationships with media and influencers across platforms
Guide junior team members in developing smart, strategic outreach
Oversee creation of media lists, pitches, and messaging that hit the mark
Develop press materials that are sharp, on‑brand, and impactful
Bring Ideas to Life
From brainstorm to execution, you play a central role in building integrated programs that show up across channels and make noise.
Contribute to big ideas across events, partnerships, influencer programs, content, and more
Collaborate across teams to ensure integrated, culturally relevant work
Own program execution and ensure everything runs smoothly, on paper and on the ground
Lead reporting and turn performance data into meaningful insights and recommendations
Drive Strategy That Delivers
You’ll bring a sharp understanding of your client’s business, brand, and category, using that knowledge to build smart, insight‑driven programs that ladder up to bigger account goals and deliver real results.
Contribute meaningfully to strategic account planning

Comfortable managing up, down, and across
WHAT YOU BRING
A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, we value real‑world learning, too
4–6 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing ideally across sports, lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brands
A genuine passion for sports and culture
A track record of building and executing integrated communications programs that deliver results
Strong media instincts, with experience pitching and securing coverage across print, digital, and broadcast
A “connector” mindset: how to connect brands with media (new and traditional), influencers (from all walks), like‑minded partners and shapers of culture
Clear, confident communication skills—written, verbal, and in the room
The ability to manage multiple workstreams and client relationships without dropping the ball
Experience supporting integrated campaigns across events, influencers, partnerships, sponsorships, and content
A sharp eye for digital trends and emerging platforms shaping the industry
A collaborative mindset
Based in the New York Metro area, with the ability to be in our Manhattan office as needed
