Role: Business Development Manager (Staffing)

The ideal candidate will cultivate new client partnerships by gaining an understanding and developing value-driven solutions for their staffing needs. They will work closely with our dedicated recruitment teams. The Business Development Managers should ensure we are providing qualified candidates to serve our client's business needs.
Objectives of this Role
Develop business with both strategic, high-volume healthcare staffing accounts.
Increase our market share.
Increase our profitability.
Duties/ Responsibilities The capability to build and grow a book of business across United States based on sales ability and business acumen.
Proven experience generating leads from inception to close (sales funnel).
Meets or exceeds weekly goals to bring in new accounts through innovative methods i.e. Lead Gen, Zoom, ZoomInfo, Linkedln, etc.
Reaching out to new prospective clients in order to build strong long-term business relationships.
Hold meeting with clients to understand their staffing needs, set expectations, explain the services of On Target and work with them to develop strategic, creative solutions to their business needs.
Work closely with the recruitment teams to ensure they understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely and proactive manner.
Increase On Target's market share.
Lead or attend team meetings to ensure the team has the most up to date information, provide client feedback, and can prioritize accordingly.
Cross sell other On Target services
Conduct business development activities such as territory management, conducting cold calls, scheduling appointments, crafting proposals and pr, and detailing customer agreements and sales activities
Provide successful business development by building efficient, quality solutions for customers and fair pay for temporary employees Establish a positive and inclusive work environment.
Keep current with local trends and market conditions and their effect on business.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with decision-makers, end users and community leaders.
Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude
Travel Required
Sales experience in the staffing industry.
Prior sales experience in recruiting/staffing REQUIRED, Minimum of 2 years Outside Sales experience with staffing industries.
