EXPERT IN SOCIAL MEDIA /REEL/ STORIES /POSTING /TIKTOK . . Part-Time In-Office Office Assistant / Scheduler.

Responsibilities

Speaking with customers and scheduling appointments.

Communicating with field technicians/workers.

Answering phone calls and emails.

Posting on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.

Processing customer payments over the phone.

General office and administrative support.

Must be friendly, organized, and comfortable communicating with both customers and field staff.

Experience with Outlook and social media is a plus.

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Part-time

Schedule: M-F 11-4

Salary: $20 – $22 hourly
