The Copywriter shapes the voice of LA28 Hospitality across every channel, crafting clear, compelling, and insight-driven storytelling that drives engagement and conversion. This role partners closely with LA28 and the IOC to ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines while supporting On Location’s business objectives.
Responsibilities Write engaging, high-performing copy across sales, marketing, digital, and guest communication channels
Partner with marketing designers to develop cohesive marketing assets and scalable templates
Ensure all copy is insight-driven, data-informed, and aligned with LA28 brand standards
Maintain a deep understanding of audience segments to inform tone, message, and positioning
Present work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Guest Communications, and Experience Design teams
Stay current on cultural trends, industry topics, and audience-relevant issues
Build and maintain a thorough understanding of IOC/LA28 legal and compliance guidelines
Translate creative concepts into clear, actionable messaging while preserving tone, meaning, and nuance
Adapt and refine content quickly based on feedback, insights, and evolving project needs
Ensure consistency of voice and messaging across all touchpoints, channels, and formats
Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting experience
Comfort with feedback, testing, iteration, and rapid content development
Experience in both brand storytelling and performance-driven copywriting
B2B and B2C experience crafting sales materials, marketing copy, and multi-channel campaigns
Demonstrated expertise in email, digital marketing, and content best practices
Hiring Rate Minimum: $67,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds).
Hiring Rate Maximum: $90,000 annually.
