Assistant Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day service needs of an assigned commercial book of business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors
Review policies for coverage gaps and provide proactive recommendations
Lead the renewal process, including gathering updated risk and loss information, preparing applications, marketing accounts, reviewing pricing, and presenting renewal options
Support account growth through cross-selling (account rounding) and client referrals
Qualifications
Experience with Insurances
Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to compose clear, professional correspondence to clients and underwriters
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented with a dependable work ethic
