Account Manager/Business Development Representative - remote position but must be located in New England or NC
Identify potential hiring managers and decision-makers
Establish contact relationships to build upon the business and obtain referrals
Schedule and conduct new client visits
Communicate with prospective clients to obtain and close agreements for services
Negotiate rates and other terms of employment with hiring manager, gain commitment for current and future job requirements
Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
Establish client expectations and share them with internal staff
Develop marketing plans to create a strategic sales initiative
Source, research, and qualify leads/targets
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience
Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement
Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
