Assists and coordinates formal responses to incoming correspondence to the Pennsylvania State Office's public-facing email account.
Drafts and coordinates content for the state office's e-mail channel.
Works with a strategic communications agency to coordinate social media outreach on Facebook, X, and YouTube accounts; tracks social media engagements and develops quarterly and annual reports.
Supports Pennsylvania social media efforts, including Facebook and Twitter advertisements. Assists with media requests and interviews.
Works with the Pennsylvania State Office Team on event management and consumer-facing communications deliverables, as needed.
Manages ad-hoc local communications requests, from volunteers, media, and across the State Office team.
