Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven, highly organized, and commercially minded Digital Marketing Lead to support and scale ecoNugenics’ marketing, with a focus on driving awareness and customer acquisition for our digital and eRetail channels and advancing our Healthcare Practitioner Channel marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving growth at the intersection of performance marketing, cross-functional project management, and innovation.
This person will help drive revenue growth through optimizing and expanding marketing growth levers, including paid social, search, affiliates, and branding, partnering closely with our internal digital team on initiatives including Influencers, TikTok Shop, and SEO/GEO. They will also lead and manage key cross-functional initiatives such as artwork updates, packaging changes, and new product innovation launches. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and prioritizes executing with excellence; comfortable diving into performance data to diagnose issues or opportunities one moment and leading a packaging or product launch workstream the next.
This role is located 4 days a week at company headquarters in Chattanooga, TN.
Key Responsibilities Growth Marketing & Consumer Acquisition Own the creation and execution of our strategic marketing calendar and partner closely with cross functional team members to execute various marketing initiatives.
Analyze business performance across campaigns, products, bundles, offers, and channels to identify growth opportunities.
Support existing paid performance marketing and consumer acquisition channels including paid social, search, and DRTV, while leading the testing and expansion of newer growth levers like affiliates and PR, and partnering with internal digital teams on channels like TikTok Shop, SEO / GEO, and others.
Support new customer acquisition and repeat purchase growth through coordinated campaigns and conversion-focused initiatives.
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to improve channel effectiveness and maximize return on marketing investment.
Work closely with Brand VP and Healthcare Practitioner Channel Sales lead to build out our HCP channel sales & marketing programs.
Innovation, Artwork & Cross-Functional Project Management Manage artwork and packaging update workflows across cross-functional teams, helping ensure projects stay on track and are executed accurately.
Coordinate innovation and product launch deliverables across marketing, operations, regulatory, creative, and sales teams.
Help manage timelines, approvals, and execution for new product introductions, packaging refreshes, claims updates, and other commercial initiatives.
Serve as a key connector between marketing strategy and operational execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams and driving project collaboration across team members for channels including DTC, Amazon, Social, and Healthcare Practitioner.
Analytics, Reporting & Operations Track and report on key KPIs including CPC, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, email/SMS performance, subscription metrics, retention, and promotional results.
Build recurring analyses and performance recaps that translate data into actionable recommendations.
Support management of core marketing platforms and measurement / attribution tools such as Wicked Reports, Shopify, affiliate platforms, and others.
Track and manage the overall brand marketing budget, including measuring ROI and determining how to best allocate budget to maximize brand sales/profit.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in growth-oriented marketing for eCommerce, ideally within CPG, wellness, supplements, OTC medicines, beauty, personal care, or other high-repeat consumer categories.
Strong experience in Shopify-based businesses and hands-on knowledge of DTC growth levers.
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into insights and action plans.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.
Strong communicator who is comfortable collaborating across marketing, creative, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, consumer health, or other regulated product categories.
Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Meta, Google Search, Google Analytics, affiliate Platforms, Klaviyo, Shopify, Recharge, Gorgias.
Experience supporting innovation launches, packaging/artwork updates, or product commercialization processes.
Experience with email marketing, promotions, lifecycle programs, onsite merchandising, and/or CRO.
Exposure to omnichannel CPG businesses (DTC/Amazon/Retail)
