Account Executive – Responsibilities To nurture profitable program entity relationships so that customers value our premium finance services and we achieve superior, sustainable financial returns. The individual will be responsible for organic growth and profitability based on a assigned book of business, working with the Branch Manager and Sales Executive to maintain and grow existing customer relations and develop new ones.
Key Responsibilities Achieve KPIs in premium volume, loan units, program growth, and profitability for the assigned book.
Timely follow‑up on all quote activities within the AEA queue, including back‑up of absent AEs.
Provide premium finance quotations, including credit analysis and documentation, within company guidelines.
Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop new prospects, documenting activities in Salesforce.
Strategize joint plans to penetrate program entities for additional business opportunities.
Document program entities, agency developments, offers of services, changes, and other items in Salesforce.
Review agency variances with SE and Regional Manager to suggest rate or term adjustments or additional services.
Maintain knowledge of customer tools and provide training (website, eForms, email reports, payment options, TotalPay).
Communicate regularly with Sales Executives and Regional Manager on portfolio activities and review.
Provide prompt, thorough service to all customer inquiries.
Submit required documentation to agents for execution.
Conduct program entity visitations as scheduling permits.
Participate in CE Credit Classes and attend trade shows as scheduled.
Stay updated on IPFS best practices and procedural changes for compliance.
Perform other duties as requested.
