As the primary point of contact, you are responsible for managing and developing brand and retailer accounts, with a focus on leveraging our SaaS platform
You ensure a close, trust-based relationship with customers, identify churn risks early, and take proactive measures to prevent cancellations and secure customer loyalty
You provide proactive guidance on content strategies, platform features, and best practices to maximize reach, quality, and revenue, creating real added value
Together with product development, marketing, and professional services, you identify up- and cross-selling opportunities within your customer portfolio
You prepare proposals, calculate independently, and successfully lead negotiations through to closing
Your profile
Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study, or alternatively, a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
You bring several years of experience in account management, ideally in B2B software sales or the SaaS sector
Ideally, you have experience working with clients from our target industries
You possess the ability to influence at top management level and successfully conduct negotiations
Your communication skills are excellent, and you work reliably, in a structured manner, and independently
You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
