Your Role in VT Markets
In this role as a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognizing opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry in the Peru region. You will be responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of Brokers and Partners while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with regional marketing and client relations teams.
This is a remote position open to candidates throughout Peru. You will work during your Peru local working hours.
Job Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years of work experience in the CFD industry within the business development sphere, with strong experience in dealing with IBs and partners.
Strong base of IBs and partners through personal portfolios in the respective markets; a diploma or degree in any field. Technical and functional skills.
Experience in utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce and others.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis tasks and PowerPoint for preparing sales pitches/decks.
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal skills that enable strong relationship building with partners and clients.
Ability to communicate in Spanish as well as proficiency in English.
Other Requirements
Occasional travel within Peru is required (10%).
Due to the remote nature of the role, you will need to access your personal device and laptop for work.
Job Responsibilities
Identify new business leads and develop innovative strategies for growth within the CFD industry.
Build and nurture relationships with IBs and partners, expanding the Introducing Brokers and Partners portfolio while maintaining contact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Consistently develop a healthy sales pipeline by diversifying the IB pool from the CFD industry, either from personal or industry contacts, to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct periodic competitor analysis to identify opportunities for VT Markets to capitalize on to boost business growth.
Act as the primary contact for all issues experienced by partners and IBs, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
What Success Looks Like
Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through a well‑managed, replenished sales pipeline.
Strong relationships with personal portfolios of IBs and partners.
Significant contribution to business topline and user acquisition.
Active participation in social-based events such as workshops, seminars, and other events as part of the business development strategy.
