Marketing & Campaign Excellence Leader
We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven, digitally fluent marketing leader to serve as the Marketing Practice Leader for the US. This role is open to candidates currently based in Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; or Boston, MA.
This role will steward the full end‑to‑end campaign delivery process—shaping standards, elevating execution quality, and enabling a thriving community of program management across strategy, content, digital, events, and channel execution.
Practice Leadership, Community Stewardship & Marketing Development
Serve as the leader of the Marketing Journey practice, stewarding holistic standards and best practices for segment and channel strategy, planning, execution, orchestration, optimization, and measurement.
Foster a strong community of program managers, including upskilling opportunities and best practice sharing.
Create a sense of shared identity and excellence within the practice through enablement sessions, forums, learning exchanges, and collaborative problem‑solving.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach (without direct people management) to program managers on strategy, process, prioritization, and performance optimization.
End‑to‑End Campaign Process Ownership
Own and continuously evolve the end‑to‑end campaign delivery model, ensuring clarity, scalability, and repeatability across:
Intake and prioritization
Campaign strategy and planning
Audience and journey mapping
Content and asset alignment
Channel execution
Martech orchestration
Performance measurement and optimization
Ensure all teams understand their roles, responsibilities, workflows, and handoffs across the E2E journey.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive solutions that improve speed, quality, and effectiveness.
Tools, Technologies & Operating Frameworks
Serve as the business owner for campaign‑related tools, templates, playbooks, workflows, and guidance.
Partner with CXCT, Digital, and Operations teams to ensure tools are used consistently, correctly, and effectively across the organization.
Evaluate opportunities to introduce new technologies or enhancements that support performance marketing, campaign orchestration, and insight‑driven decision‑making.
Performance‑Driven Campaign Excellence
Champion the use of analytics, testing frameworks, and optimization methodologies across campaigns.
Partner with Marketing Operations to develop and maintain standardized KPIs, dashboards, measurement frameworks, and campaign review processes.
Equip practitioners with the knowledge and structures required to deliver data‑informed, customer‑centric campaigns.
Innovation, Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of marketing trends, industry best practices, and evolving customer behaviors—bringing insights that help shape the future of the Campaign Journey practice.
Drive a culture of experimentation, test‑and‑learn, and iterative improvement.
Pilot emerging techniques, tools, or approaches and scale successful models across the practice.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or program management.
Deep experience with integrated, data‑driven campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel metrics, attribution, journey mapping, and optimization.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and analytics platforms.
Exceptional strategic thinking, relationship‑building, facilitation, and influence‑based leadership skills.
Ability to drive alignment and process excellence across a complex, matrixed organization.
Passion for digital innovation, operational discipline, and empowering cross‑functional teams.
Compensation: $142,400 - $213,600 per year (includes base pay and short‑term incentive).
