Role Overview
Seeking a Data Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of marketing data products . This role is highly execution-focused, working closely with marketing, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
Must Haves
Strong marketing analytics background (campaign performance, audience insights, CRM/lifecycle, media measurement)
Ability to work hands‑on with data – comfortable interpreting datasets and driving decisions from data
Proven product management experience owning end‑to‑end lifecycle (discovery → delivery)
Familiarity with MarTech ecosystem (CDPs, segmentation tools, attribution, campaign analytics, CRM platforms)
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) with curiosity around emerging capabilities
Strong stakeholder management skills – able to work across business and engineering teams in a matrixed setup
Experience writing user stories, test plans, and validating datasets
Nice to Have
SQL for querying and analyzing data
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Exposure to Python or R
Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt)
Key Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for marketing data products
Translate marketing needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Partner with data engineering teams on data ingestion, modeling, and transformation
Deliver dashboards, reporting, and analytics products for marketing stakeholders
Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and product development
Use data to validate assumptions and guide decision‑making
Prioritize work, manage trade‑offs, and drive execution across teams
Lead stakeholder communication , including demos, roadmap reviews, and backlog grooming
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery
