About the job:
The Graphic Designer creates and manages visual content across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing and communication initiatives. This role collaborates with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, on-brand designs for various media.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a BFA in Graphic Design or a related field
Has 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), WordPress, PowerPoint, and Premiere Pro
Demonstrates strong layout, typography, and digital publishing skills
Has familiarity with user-interface design and interactive media
Manages multiple projects effectively with strong time management skills
Communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative environment
(Preferred) Has a portfolio showcasing strong digital design work
What you'll do:

Update and manage digital content across the website, intranet, and social media
Design and manage digital signage content for internal and external audiences
Support content creation through light editing, captioning, and video production
Collaborate with the Creative Director to design social media assets, email banners, and signage
Prepare art files for production and ensure design accuracy
Develop creative concepts with attention to detail and brand consistency
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather content and visual assets
