About the company
A Seed-stage AI company solving a real gap created by the AI coding boom. Tools like Claude Code and Cursor have engineers writing code faster than ever, but test coverage hasn't kept pace. Writing and maintaining end-to-end tests is still slow, manual work, and most teams either ship with thinner coverage than they'd like or slow down to catch up.
Their AI agents generate, run, and heal end-to-end tests automatically, delivered as Playwright code that lives in the customer's own repo. Teams get meaningful coverage in days instead of months, without adding QA headcount.
They've 10x'd ARR in the last 12 months and are on the verge of a Series A.
About the job
They're hiring their 3rd Account Executive to own a West Coast mid-market territory of accounts between 200 to 1,000 employees. Cycles run 60 to 90 days with ACVs around $50K and rising — they just closed a $300K deal.
$160K base, $320K OTE (uncapped) + equity
Must have
5+ years of SaaS sales experience to mid-market or enterprise accounts
Currently at a company selling to engineering, QA tools, or AI tools
Proven sales success you can back up
Strong outbound lead gen ability with a clear, detailed process
Experience selling to Heads of Engineering, developers, QA teams, and engineering C-suite
Tenure in your last few roles (no pattern of 1-year stints)
Able to be in the SF office 3 days per week
Nice to have
Experience selling into healthtech, fintech, or ecommerce verticals
Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or modern CI/CD tooling
