$30-$35hr based on benefit selection

Orion Group is seeking an Account Executive to support our pharmaceutical client’s internal advertising agency in Mettawa, IL.
This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role supporting pharmaceutical brand teams by developing and executing creative marketing initiatives across print, digital, and promotional channels.
This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a pharmaceutical advertising agency environment who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume creative setting and enjoys partnering closely with brand, strategy, and creative teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a day-to-day liaison between brand teams and the internal creative agency
Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to execute marketing initiatives
Assist with project kickoff, workflow coordination, approvals, timelines, and delivery
Support development of creative briefs and promotional tactics aligned to brand strategy
Manage project communications, meeting recaps, and stakeholder updates
Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and compliant with pharma guidelines
Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reconciliations
Navigate MLR/PromoMats review processes and corporate compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
3–4+ years of account management or client services experience
Pharmaceutical advertising agency or in‑house agency experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing workflows, approvals, and compliance
Bachelor’s degree required
