Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to support the day-to-day management and ongoing enhancement of our CRM platform. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, supporting internal users, and helping drive efficient communication across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with systems, data, and process-driven tasks.
Responsibilities Maintain, audit, and update customer records within the CRM to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Review, distribute, and track incoming web leads in a timely manner
Provide internal support for CRM-related updates, questions, and basic troubleshooting
Manage inbound inquiries, including call handling, login assistance, and request routing
Oversee shared inboxes and ensure proper follow-up and assignment of requests
Distribute approved client communications and monitor account activity
Track new account setups and outstanding documentation requirements
Assist with website updates using WordPress
Support execution of email campaigns through marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
Input and maintain financial instruments (e.g., bonds/CUSIPs) within internal systems
Maintain internal trackers, reports, and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
Systems & Tools Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams
CRM platforms (proprietary systems)
WordPress (basic updates)
Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
Requirements Prior experience working within CRM systems or data management environments
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
