Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end web and digital experience from the customer's point of view. This role oversees all digital marketing efforts across websites, email, social, search, and display networks. The position leads the development, administration, and optimization of LEDVANCE's online presence, driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and measurable sales outcomes across our B2B and B2C channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Web experience and digital presence

Own the customer-facing web experience across LEDVANCE's digital properties; develop and implement new content in partnership with internal departments

Coordinate ongoing content updates across departments to maintain a consistent, accurate, and compelling web presence

Plan, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud; manage segmentation, automation workflows, personalization, and performance reporting

Manage and analyze performance data to establish meaningful KPIs and inform strategic decisions

Creative and agency management

Create and oversee digital assets including graphics, banners, and promotional materials; leverage AI-powered design and copy tools to increase speed and scale without sacrificing brand quality

Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, digital), setting clear briefs, timelines, and performance expectations

Cross-functional collaboration

Communicate and educate sales personnel on digital solutions, tools, and capabilities available to support channel partners in wholesale and retail environments

Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and trade marketing teams to align digital activity with broader business objectives

WHAT YOU BRING

5-7 years of progressive digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B, manufacturing, or consumer products environment

Hands-on expertise with email marketing platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred

Experience with website CMS platforms; basic HTML/CSS familiarity and a strong eye for UX best practices

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent), with comfort using AI-assisted design tools

Proficiency with analytics platforms; ability to build KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards

Proven experience managing external agency and vendor relationships

Strong communication skills with the ability to present digital strategy and results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

A test-and-learn mindset; comfortable experimenting with AI-driven approaches, measuring results, and scaling what works

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5-7 years of related digital marketing experience. MBA a plus.

Preferred experience in the lighting, electrical, or broader building materials industry. Familiarity with electrical distribution networks, big-box retail programs, or eCommerce marketplace management (Amazon, etc.) is a strong plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Position location is Wilmington, MA with a minimum of 3 on-site days weekly.

Travel is anticipated to be 10%.
