Athletic Communications Associate This position will be responsible for assisting with the promotion and publicity for 18 NCAA Division III sports. This position has a 12-month obligation, and will include working evenings and weekends. Duties include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of statistics and records for all sports, website updating and design, video editing, supervising student workers, and the utilization of StatCrew and other relevant software.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal skills, ability and willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as necessary, valid driver's license and the ability to be LENS cleared, as well as the willingness and ability to drive fleet vehicles, a demonstrated ability to work effectively and collegially with faculty, staff and administrators.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in athletic website management, excellent writing and editing skills with an attention to detail, strong background with Adobe Creative Suite software, video editing experience, webcasting experience, strong working knowledge of StatCrew, NCAA LiveStats or Presto stats, experience with video board production software, experience working in a sports information/athletic media relations office at an NCAA college or university.
Salary (Applicant View) - $51,261 minimum, plus excellent benefits.
