Technical Writer (Spanish Bilingual)

Technical Writer The Technical Writer will develop and maintain safety-focused documentation that supports our clients and internal stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in writing, editing, and refreshing materials such as safety manuals, documentation, and compliance content. The ideal candidate thrives on accountability, consistently meets deadlines, and contributes to clear and compliant safety communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and format safety manuals, policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
Refresh and revise existing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with current OSHA/HSE standards.
Draft materials for construction site safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Prepare clear, concise summaries and follow-ups from safety meetings and client engagements.
Incorporate regulatory requirements and best practices into content by researching OSHA and industry standards.
Ensure all documents are delivered with exceptional attention to detail, accurate technical information, consistent terminology, and proper formatting.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to validate technical content.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Track deliverables to ensure timely completion with minimal revision cycles.
