Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist will provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients. This role partners closely with Marketing Managers and Directors to develop and execute marketing plans that support organizational goals, brand awareness, and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will support both strategic planning and hands‑on execution of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising, content development, event coordination, and campaign analysis. This position requires strong project management skills, critical thinking, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
Support digital marketing initiatives, advertising efforts, and content development.
Coordinate marketing projects through the full project lifecycle.
Monitor, analyze, and measure marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, creative partners, agencies, and vendors.
Assist with event management, sponsorship coordination, and promotional activities.
Conduct competitive landscape analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
Utilize project management and agile methodologies to manage timelines and deliverables.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs.
Support video production coordination and creative marketing initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
Experience with digital marketing and advertising channels.
Proven project management and organizational skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or agile‑influenced environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite and project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms.
Comfortable working with data analysis, trend reporting, and marketing automation tools.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, creativity, and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
Agency experience supporting marketing or creative project teams.
Experience coordinating video production activities with vendors or creative teams.
Previous remote work experience preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools and modern collaboration platforms.

Occasional travel may be required.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
