As an Account Executive, you will be selling commercial print services, primarily focused on point-of-purchase signage. You will target convenience stores, hotels, and real estate companies, engaging mid to senior‑level decision‑makers. This is a new‑business development role with minimal warm leads and some provided lists. The sales territory spans from New England to Florida and as far west as Texas. The role is newly created and reports to the CEO. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 plus commissions and/or bonuses.

First‑year OTE: $220,000+

Second‑year OTE: $1,000,000+ (for top performers)

Clients include large enterprise‑level convenience store chains, hotels, and real estate firms across the U.S., with a strong concentration in New England. The culture is relaxed and entrepreneurial, with a strong emphasis on support, independence, and results. Notable clients include Stop & Shop, Global Partners, Four Seasons Hotels, and Coldwell Banker.

Office Location & Sales Territory

Head Office: Pembroke, MA

Work Environment: Hybrid – 1 day/week in the office

Sales Territory: Primarily New England, with coverage extending to Florida and Texas

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours/week.

Experience, Background & Education Requirements

10–15 years of sales experience

Experience in print services or related industry

Experience selling to mid‑management and senior‑level decision‑makers

Industry‑specific knowledge in printing and signage highly preferred

Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle

Technical Skills

Excel – Intermediate

PowerPoint – Intermediate

Word – Basic

Google Drive/Docs – Basic

Salesforce CRM – Required

Online demo capabilities – Basic
