Key Responsibilities: Channel Expansion: Lead the strategic development of major U.S. retail channels (e.g., Walmart, Target, Ulta, Sally Beauty, CVS/Walgreens). Design and execute annual account entry plans.
Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with Category Managers and Buyers. Ensure premium shelf placement and secure brand marketing support within retail environments.
Commercial Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end negotiation process, including product pitching, pricing structures, promotional allowances, and contract terms to secure optimal business outcomes.
Product Selection & Assortment Strategy: Curate channel-specific product mixes based on consumer demographics. Drive the rapid launch of new products (NPI) into the retail ecosystem.
Performance & Forecasting: Take ownership of sales targets and growth KPIs. Monitor sales velocity and provide data‑driven inventory and demand forecasting suggestions.
Marketing Synergy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and merchandising strategies to maximize sell‑through.
Market Intelligence: Monitor the U.S. beauty competitive landscape, gathering insights on competitor pricing, displays, and promotions to provide feedback for R&D.
Qualifications: Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the U.S. beauty industry (skincare, cosmetics, or beauty tools) with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Proven Network: Established relationships with key buyers at major national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Ulta, Target, etc.) is mandatory.
Communication Excellence: Native-level fluency in English or equivalent, with exceptional business pitching, presentation, and high‑stakes negotiation skills.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of retail vendor portals (e.g., Walmart Retail Link) and the compliance requirements for beauty products in major retail chains.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strategic Mindset: Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, and resilient. Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and site visits.
