We are developing new clinical pathways for GLP-1 medication access and specialized behavioral programs for members on weight-loss medications, integrating medical care with our habit-change framework.
The Role
We are seeking an
Art Director
to serve as a key individual contributor within our in-house creative team. You will be the visual architect of the 360° experience, ensuring the brand translates across digital campaigns, social storytelling, print, and immersive physical spaces. You will build a cohesive world for our members rather than just producing assets.
What You Will Do
360° Brand Strategy: Lead visual design for holistic brand campaigns, connecting OOH, digital media, experiential activations, and product launches.
Digital & Social Innovation: Create high-performing, mobile-first assets for web, email, and social; work with motion (GIFs/video) to stop the scroll.
Physical & Environmental Design: Translate the brand into experiential design, activations, and physical environments; understand interaction with 3D spaces and tactile formats.
Creative Orchestration: Lead collaboration with photographers, illustrators, motion designers; direct shoots, guide illustrations, or use AI for high-fidelity comps aligned with the team.
Print Mastery: Maintain print standards from direct mail to large-scale OOH with knowledge of production practices (bleeds, color profiles, substrates).
Style Guide Evolution: Evolve the global style guide to create sub-branded campaigns that feel fresh and culturally relevant while staying on brand.

Design Polymath: Strong eye for typography, layout, and color across digital and physical media.
Culturally Plugged-In: Up-to-date with design trends and technology; able to prototype ideas quickly with AI where appropriate.
Effective Communicator: Able to articulate and defend visual decisions to leadership within brand strategy.
Requirements
360° Portfolio: A standout collection of integrated campaigns across digital, print, and physical/experiential spaces.
Experience: 7+ years in brand design or advertising, specifically in an Art Direction capacity.
Production Fluency: Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; comfortable prepping files for high-res print and mobile-first web.
Specialist Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to direct photographers, illustrators, or motion designers to achieve a visual vision.
Spatial Awareness: Ability to conceptualize in 3D for event signage, environmental graphics, or activations.
Base salary may vary depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
US Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000 USD
