As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced business development professionals who are interested in driving new business, building a strong client base, and creating long-term growth within their region.

The Opportunity

This role is focused on developing new business and establishing a strong presence within your region. You will have the autonomy to manage your efforts day to day, along with the support of a full-service agency behind you.

You will work across a range of industries in both B2B and B2C, including automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, agriculture, construction, and consumer-facing brands. We value individuals who can identify opportunities, open doors, and turn them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities with a focus on long-term growth
Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and convert them into clients
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across your region
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective marketing solutions
Contribute directly to agency revenue growth and regional expansion
Represent Gelia in your region with professionalism and credibility
Support account planning, forecasting, and budget management with strong attention to detail.
Drive organic growth by spotting new opportunities and bringing forward smart, insight-driven recommendations.
Bring a "test, learn, and adapt" mindset to continuously improve how campaigns are built and can be optimized.
Leads client business conversations at the C-suite or VP level, connecting marketing programs directly to revenue outcomes and growth KPIs
Qualifications 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client leadership
A proven ability to generate new business and close opportunities
Strong communication and presentation skills
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build and grow something over time
