Role Description
This is a part‑time, contract role for a Real Estate Photographer / Videographer, based on‑site in Gaylord, MI. The contractor will be responsible for capturing high‑quality photos, videos, and other visual media for real estate and commercial clients. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients for on‑site shoots, utilizing professional equipment to capture visually appealing content, and ensuring media meets the company’s quality standards for next‑day delivery.

Qualifications

Photography and Videography skills, including experience in shooting and editing real estate or commercial properties

Proficiency in using professional‑grade cameras, lenses, drones, and other media equipment

Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently on location and interact professionally with clients

Basic editing skills for photo and video post‑production

Physical ability to operate equipment, including drones, and perform on‑site shoots

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Experience with virtual tours or 3D modeling is a plus

A passion for visual storytelling and attention to detail
