Description We're looking for a creative, self-directed social media coordinator to help manager our online presence. You'll manage content across platforms, engage with our community, and help build a brand voice people genuinely connect with — all without needing hand-holding.
What you'll do
Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Write captions and copy that engage our candy connoisseur community
Monitor comments and DMs, keeping our community engaged
Track performance metrics and share monthly insights
Stay on top of trends and surface ideas proactively
What we're looking for
1–3 years in a social media or content role
Strong eye for design and a good instinct for storytelling
Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Familiar with analytics (Meta Business Suite, native dashboards)
Based in LA (in person shooting at our stores!)
