Graphic Designer for Howly!
We have 4 powerful products operating in international markets:
1. Smart document automation:

We relieve the routine—our product makes working with documents easier so that users can focus on more important tasks.
2. Career growth platform:

We help people grow—the platform opens up opportunities for career development: from resumes to career consultations, paving the way from potential to realized ambitions.
3. AI job search and automatic resume and cover letter creation:

We help people find jobs faster. We do this through AI job search, automatic resume and cover letter creation in one click. The service removes the routine, increases the relevance of responses, and helps to better position oneself for specific roles.
4. Coming soon:

We are actively scaling and already working on launching a new product in a new niche. Stay tuned—details soon!
What tasks await our Graphic Designer:
— Creating a holistic graphic ecosystem for digital products: from developing unique mascots to designing visual content (for the website and app) and interface banners; — Designing visuals for social networks; — Other graphic tasks (help with presentation design, work with corporate merch);
What is important to us:

— 1+ year of experience in the position of graphic designer; — Strong sense of composition, typography, hierarchy, and color; — Experience creating

visuals

for content (blogs, long reads, landing pages) and social networks; — Understanding of digital formats: sizes, safe zones, adaptation for different platforms; — Ability to work with text: highlight key messages, structure content visually; — Ability to work with feedback and iterate quickly; — Independence in tasks from idea to final file; — Ability to work with AI tools for generating images and videos; — Basic understanding of printing (bleeds, CMYK, cut lines); — Technology stack: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop;
Nice to have: — Experience working with motion animation;
