What you will do
We are expanding and are looking for a full-time Commercial Services Account Executive. Ideally this person will be located in Denver, CO and will have the ability to come into the office 2-3 times per week.
Where you will have impact
Pipeline Generation & Territory Ownership
Build and manage a focused pipeline of premium independent properties across North America, targeting boutique hotels, luxury independents, destination resorts, and influential single assets.
Drive 7–10 new CSS agreements per month through proactive outreach, curated networking, industry events, and referral development.
Identify and prioritize the right targets — properties without dedicated revenue management, those underperforming on direct bookings, or those navigating ownership/management transitions.
Integrate generative AI tools to streamline lead generation, personalize outreach at scale, and enhance the speed and quality of client communications.
Maintain accurate Salesforce records, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting discipline.
Consultative Sales & Value‑Based Positioning
Lead discovery conversations that uncover a property's commercial gaps, revenue goals, and operational constraints.
Position CSS compellingly — connecting service tiers (Elite, Weekly, Bi‑weekly) directly to each property's business mix, revenue scale, and strategic priorities.
Deliver sharp demos, ROI narratives, and tailored proposals that resonate with Owners, GMs, and Revenue Directors.
Navigate multi‑stakeholder buying decisions with confidence, managing timelines and driving deals to close.
Market Presence & Segment Expertise
Represent Lighthouse at key hospitality events, luxury travel forums, and independent hotel associations to build visibility and demand.
Develop deep expertise in the independent hotel segment — understanding the commercial pressures, decision‑making dynamics, and seasonal patterns that drive buying behavior.
Share field insights with product and marketing teams to help shape CSS positioning, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Lead with Strategic Revenue Analysis to provide immediate value and diagnostic baselines for potential partners.
Position CSS as a total commercial solution that aligns hotel sales, marketing, and revenue departments toward a unified goal.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Onboarding and Operations Managers to facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure long‑term strategic alignment for every property.
