Marketing Communications Specialist
In this support role, you will be working on the execution of key activities supporting the distribution, retail and brand marketing managers. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, supporting sales growth, and delivering consistent, high-impact messaging across multiple channels and platforms. Your contributions will play a vital role in guaranteeing that our organization’s brands and products effectively penetrate the target market.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

3+ years of progressive experience in B2B Marketing.

Knowledge in the residential building industry and distribution channels is a plus.

Fluent in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation (Salesforce) systems and Social Media Management tools.

Exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, and time management capabilities.

Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.

Experienced managing multiple sales channels.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.

Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a matrix environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.

Manage content for digital and print, including product literature, product copy, web content, email campaigns, and social media.

Serve as key point of contact for internal brand messaging and communication needs.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across multiple brands within the portfolio.

Partner with product management and channel marketing to support product launches and promotional initiatives.

Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets.

Support retail and distributor marketing programs, including merchandising and point-of-sale materials.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in trade shows, events, and customer-facing marketing activities. Track and optimize the performance of new and existing partnerships.

Comfortable with travel to customer events, show industry meetings, company onsite meetings as necessary.

Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid potential conflicts.
