Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Writer with recent Atlassian Confluence experience to support a large accounting organization in Bellevue. This role will focus on organizing, standardizing, and improving internal documentation to ensure content is searchable, scalable, and easy to maintain.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize documentation within Atlassian Confluence

Consolidate and migrate documents from multiple platforms including Confluence, Box, Microsoft Office files, and PDFs

Improve documentation structure, usability, and consistency

Partner with internal teams to gather and update content

Support documentation best practices and process improvements

Qualifications

3+ years of technical writing or documentation management experience

Recent hands‑on Atlassian Confluence experience within the last 2 years required

Strong organizational and written communication skills

Experience managing documentation across multiple platforms

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Box, and PDF workflows

Experience with tools like Scribe or Rovo is a plus
