AE Digital is hiring: Content Marketing Specialist in Richmond

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and get-it-done Content Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (around 20 hours per week). Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you’ll assist in creating custom content calendars, graphics, and website content. You’ll be balancing strategy, creativity, and execution in a fast-paced agency environment where no two days look the same.

If you love bringing brands to life through content, can juggle multiple calendars without breaking a sweat, and have an eye for both design and copy, this is your lane.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own multiple client content calendars each week, from ideation through final, publish-ready content

Design and create social media graphics across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Produce short-form video content and Reels, including ideation, editing, and caption writing

Write engaging, scroll-stopping social media copy tailored to each client’s voice and goals

Schedule and manage content publishing using Metricool

Create website content with an SEO focus, including blog posts, landing pages, and meta descriptions

Collaborate with Social Media Manager & the rest of the AE Digital team to ensure content aligns with strategy and campaign objectives

Repurpose and adapt content across platforms to maximize reach, performance, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Strong writing skills — you know how to match tone, voice, and platform

A good eye for design (Canva or similar tools are a must)

Experience creating and editing short-form video content

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and content calendars at once

Basic understanding of SEO and how content supports search visibility

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment

Someone who takes ownership and is highly self-motivated
