Specializing in Programmatic, CTV, Video, DOOH, Display, Audio, Search, and Paid Social, we deliver exceptional control and transparency by focusing on strategic architecture, optimization, and measurement.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end - from prospecting and pipeline generation through first conversation, deal close, and ongoing account expansion
- Architect tailored, multi-channel paid media strategies aligned to client goals across CTV, Video, DOOH, Display, Audio, Search, and Social
- Create high-impact, customized proposals and presentations that clearly differentiate Lean Media and win business
- Leverage proprietary data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and expand accounts over time
- Partner directly with marketing when needed to support pipeline development, refine messaging, and strengthen go-to-market efforts
- Collaborate with leadership to accelerate deals and close complex, non-standard opportunities
- Deliver against a revenue target with focus on high-value deals
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of experience selling paid digital media solutions
- Firm grasp of the programmatic ecosystem (i.e., DSPs, SSPs, ad tech platforms, audience/data strategy, measurement and attribution, and campaign optimization)
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding $2M+ annual quota
- Experience owning both new business and account growth
