Retail Programmatic Media Specialist The Retail Programmatic Media Specialist is at the forefront of driving retail digital advertising success and findability across our key Retailer Partners. The team’s mission is to optimize campaigns, analyze trends, and deliver impactful advertising strategies that align with our business goals.
Location: Round Rock, Texas.
What you’ll achieve As a Retail Programmatic Media Specialist, you will support & execute our Retail DSP Media campaigns & strategy by building robust audiences, optimizing campaigns, and managing budgets to meet business goals and KPIs. You will work closely with the Retail Marketing Teams, Marketing Leadership, Sales teams, Retail paid search specialists, and the direct Programmatic team to ensure seamless campaign implementation and impactful results.
Responsibilities Build and launch campaigns in the DSP (targeting, budgets, creatives)
Monitor pacing and performance daily optimizations to ensure delivery meets goals
Optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and supply to improve campaign results
Troubleshoot issues like under‑delivery, reporting challenges (i.e., pixel), or creative disapprovals
Pull and analyze reports to explain performance and insights
Coordinate with internal teams to align strategy and creative to ensure alignment with Dell Technologies brand
Manage tracking, brand safety settings, and QA to ensure accuracy
Share best practices and audience insights to target the right audiences and drive visibility & sell‑out within Retailer platforms
Essential Requirements Proven professional experience in Programmatic buying (minimum 4–5 years) with expertise in platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Skai, PBI & Reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across global teams
Experience managing large‑scale campaigns with complex objectives
Excellent analytical skills and experience in performance tracking
Strong communication and cross‑functional teamwork abilities
Incremental/testing experience
Understanding of Retail Media Networks to build a robust strategy to support Retail sell‑out while maintaining strong alignment to Dell.com execution teams
Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $96,000.
