Google Paid Media Manager We're looking for an experienced Google Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize paid search and performance campaigns for CPG brands, ideally within beauty or personal care. This role blends hands-on technical execution with strong client-facing communication, making it ideal for someone who can both drive performance and clearly articulate results.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple Google Ads accounts, owning performance outcomes, and collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams to improve conversion and revenue.
Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
Manage budgets and bidding strategies aligned with client KPIs and performance goals
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Prepare performance reports and present insights, learnings, and recommendations to clients
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve conversion rates and overall funnel performance
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high performance standards
Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
CPG brand experience (required)
Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and conversion optimization
Experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts at once
Client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Availability to work in or overlap significantly with the EST time zone
Preferred / Ideal Qualifications Beauty, skincare, or personal care CPG experience
Agency background managing multiple clients
Experience with full-funnel strategies (prospecting + efficiency/retention)
Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO best practices
