About The Role
Color’s Engagement Marketing team works alongside our clients to create customized communications plans to help drive enrollment and ongoing engagement in the Color benefit. Your audience will be both Color’s clients and end‑users of Color’s product.

The Engagement Marketing Manager will support the design, project management, and execution of multi‑channel communication campaigns that drive member enrollment across Color’s customer base.

You’ll work closely with clients across our book of business to understand their unique populations, identify the channels and messaging that resonate most, and recommend tailored strategies to achieve enrollment goals. This includes presenting Color’s engagement marketing approach to clients, earning their trust, and customizing campaigns across email, mail, digital, and in‑person events.

In this highly visible and cross‑functional role, you’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers, client stakeholders, partner with internal teams, including, but not limited to: Design, Product, and Medical Affairs to deliver enrollment and engagement programs that help Color stand out.

You’ll enjoy the role if you are operationally minded and energized by brainstorming with clients, solving complex outreach challenges, and driving creative campaigns that make healthcare more accessible.

How You’ll Contribute

Lead the end‑to‑end creation and execution of multi‑channel member outreach campaigns (email, mail, digital events, creative campaigns)

Build multi‑threaded relationships with large enterprise and health plan clients

Write, edit, and test copy that engages different population segments across clients

Partner with Customer Success and clients to recommend rollout strategies tailored to specific populations and enrollment goals

Maintain campaign calendars and documentation, ensuring clarity across internal and client teams

Own and improve workflows for launching campaigns at scale, driving operational excellence

Identify new growth or engagement opportunities based on campaign data and audience behavior

Our Ideal Candidate Has

5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product

Operational prowess in building new workflows and adapting old ones

Experience building and maintain strong relationships with jumbo enterprise and strategic clients

Experience creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that vary by client type and population

Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills

Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients

Experience managing and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments

Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to marketing efforts

A personality that is motivated and energetic, with proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, and someone who can learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast‑paced high growth environment

Nice To Have

Ability to travel for onsite events with clients

Experience working with insurance plans and marketing to their policyholders

Experience working with union and blue collar populations

B2B2C marketing experience, especially within healthcare

Skilled in using performance tracking in tools like Metabase, Amplitude, and delivering insights and recommendations to improve performance

Design experience, especially in Google Slides and Figma

Base Salary Range
$115,000 - 130,000.00/year

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
