POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Media Planner & Buyer is a digital-first strategist and hands‑on execution leader responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing performance-driven media plans across digital channels with integrated support across traditional media where it strengthens outcomes.

This role leads cross‑channel strategy with a strong emphasis on paid social, search, programmatic, and streaming, while maintaining fluency in traditional channels (TV, radio, OOH, print) to deliver fully integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate brings deep digital expertise, strong buying acumen, and the ability to translate performance data into smarter, more effective media investments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop digital-first media strategies across paid social, search, programmatic, streaming, and emerging platforms

Integrate traditional media, including TV, radio, OOH, and print, when it supports reach and brand impact

Translate client goals, audience insights, and performance data into clear media plans

Manage media buying, negotiations, trafficking, QA, launch, and optimization across platforms

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve efficiency, scale, and results

Build reporting and insights tied to business outcomes and client goals

Serve as a trusted media lead in client presentations and internal strategy discussions

Manage vendor and platform relationships, identifying new opportunities and added value
