Graphics Account Specialist Job at Accredo Packaging in Sugar Land

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers.
• Update graphic order sheets (GOS) used for internal and external customers.
• Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval
• Manage customer requests, including changes to art.
• Perform incoming graphic file inspections.
• Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements.
• Understand the product flow through production departments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.
• Have an understanding of artwork and Flexo Printing
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detailed-oriented with a high level of organization.
• Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time
• Design software experience (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others) are a plus
• Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others) are a plus
• Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word) a plus
• Ability to use both Mac / PC
