Job Summary
The Creative Team Manager – Agent Marketing is a key leadership and project management role responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and prioritizing all agent marketing support services. The position serves as the central intake and workflow management point for agent marketing requests, ensuring projects are properly scoped, assigned, tracked, and delivered in a timely and high‑quality manner. The role complements the Northrop Realty brand marketing team, acting as the primary partner to agents and managing a high volume of requests while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
Essential Functions
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Northrop Realty agents.
Intake, prioritize, and manage agent marketing requests across multiple service lines.
Provide strategic marketing guidance to agents for listings, branding, and business development.
Ensure a high‑touch, responsive, and service‑oriented experience for all agent marketing needs.
Build strong relationships with agents to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
Manage and prioritize inbound agent marketing projects from intake through completion.
Coordinate deadlines, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Distribute workflow efficiently among creative designers and support staff.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance turnaround time and quality.
Supervise and support a team of creative designers responsible for agent and brokerage marketing materials.
Assign and review design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
Provide feedback, coaching, and quality control to ensure high‑level creative output.
Support professional development and performance management of creative staff.
Oversee production of agent marketing materials including listing presentations, flyers, social media assets, print collateral, and digital content.
Ensure all marketing materials align with Northrop Realty brand standards and agent‑specific customization requests.
Maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and visual quality across all deliverables.
Continuously evaluate and improve agent marketing workflows and systems.
Collaborate with leadership to streamline intake, approval, and production processes.
Support adoption of tools and best practices that improve efficiency and scalability.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Knowledge of media production, photography, and computer‑aided design.
Knowledge of color, composition, and effective presentation.
Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience in project management.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Real estate industry experience strongly preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds at times.
